Today we welcomed an empowering workshop for our Seniors, on becoming “Unbreakable” in the face of global challenges, a key component of ethical global leadership at ANS. With over 10 years of experience in his field, our mentor and alumnus Jose Bolaños, gave our students the basic principles and tools to train as life warriors while putting it into practice in an ice bath.
